Shipping & Delivery Policy (Shipping Policy)
This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how we at Modeoutlet.dk (CJ Fashion Group ApS, CVR 40202005) handle delivery of items ordered on www.modeoutlet.dk.
1) Delivery areas
We generally deliver to Denmark (including parcel shops/pick-up points), unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any delivery options to other countries will be clearly shown during checkout.
2) Shipping prices
Current shipping prices and any thresholds for free shipping are always shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
The total price (including shipping) is clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.
3) Delivery time
The expected delivery time is shown at checkout and/or in your order confirmation.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on stock availability, carrier capacity, and other circumstances beyond our control.
If an item is out of stock, or if the delivery time differs significantly from what was stated, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If delivery is significantly delayed, you as a consumer have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with applicable rules. Please contact us if you wish to cancel due to delay.
4) Dispatch and order confirmation
After you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
When your order is dispatched, you will typically receive an email with tracking details (if supported by the carrier).
5) Delivery methods and pick-up point
We offer the delivery options displayed at checkout, for example:

Delivery to a parcel shop/pick-up point
If you choose delivery to a pick-up point, the parcel must be collected within the carrier’s deadline. The deadline is stated in the carrier’s notification to you.
6) Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge a reasonable fee for return shipping and handling.
The fee is stated in our terms or provided upon request and is typically up to DKK 149, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
Please note: Uncollected parcels are not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal. If you wish to withdraw, you must notify us in accordance with our return/withdrawal policy.
7) Risk of loss (when responsibility transfers)
The risk of the goods transfers to you when you—or a person you have appointed (not the carrier)—takes possession of the goods.
8) Incorrect delivery information
You are responsible for ensuring that delivery details (name, address, phone number, email, etc.) are correct when placing the order.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, additional costs may be charged.
9) Damage during transport
If your parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you:

document the damage with photos, and

contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with a complaint/compensation claim with the carrier.
